How long do short links last?
Your links stay forever — free or paid, active or cancelled. Anonymous (not logged in) links expire after 30 days.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
You won't be able to create new links or make API calls, but existing links will continue to redirect normally. Upgrade or wait for the next month to reset.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free. Your links remain permanently active — you only lose Pro/Business-only features.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Credit cards and PayPal are supported.
