Update: toui now has a status page

When a link won’t open, it’s hard to tell right away whether the problem is your network, your device, or toui. You can now check on the status page, status.toui.link.

What the page shows

• Automatic checks: every 5 minutes it checks toui.io short-link redirects, the toui.io website, and touitry.link, which serves links made without an account. Each shows when it was last checked. More checks will follow.
• Announcements: when something goes wrong, we post what’s happening and how far the fix has come, and note it here once it’s resolved.
• Contact: write to service@toui.io as usual. If toui.io is unreachable, write to service@combolab.io instead.

The page is available in English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese.

Why it lives at a different address

The status page isn’t hosted under toui.io, so it still opens even if something goes wrong with the toui.io address itself.

Day to day, you’ll find it under Resources in the toui.io footer. When toui.io won’t load, neither does its footer, so every email toui sends, from sign-in emails to notifications, carries this address in its footer too. If you need it, open any email from toui.
